Quality Analyst_Manual Testing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team at Versatile Commerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing web applications, with additional experience in mobile app testing being a plus. You will be responsible for developing, documenting, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with Product Owners (POs), Development Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of our software applications.

Test Plan Development: Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements
Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with POs, Development Leads, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide feedback on testability and quality, and assist with effort estimations
Application Testing: Perform thorough manual testing of web applications, with additional testing of mobile applications as needed. This includes functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing
Test Execution: Execute test cases and report results in a detailed and structured manner
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the software using appropriate tools
Agile Methodology: Work within an Agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Communication: Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Exploratory Testing: Perform exploratory testing to identify potential risk areas and gaps not covered by formal test cases
About you
Mandatory experience in web application & mobile application testing is an add-on
Mandatory experience in .NET and SQL
Proven experience working in Agile methodology
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
