Venkat Naga has 18 years of technology and leadership experience across diverse industries in the UK, US and India. He has a proven track record of driving digital transformation, scaling operations, and increasing revenue and profitability for both established and emerging businesses.
Originating in India and based in the UK, Venkat’s entrepreneurial journey was shaped by the significant contrast he observed between the two regions. While collaborating closely with his UK-based clients, he discerned a significant lack of convenient access to tailored IT solutions critical for business sustainability. Concurrently, he identified the surplus of skilled talent in India. Venkat founded Versatile Commerce to address this gap between necessity and availability.
Venkat firmly believes in the power of customisation to enable business success. He has infused Versatile Commerce with a culture of innovation, agility and adaptability, crafting bespoke solutions meticulously tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Terence Blow
Advisory Board Member
Terence Blow (Terry) is a senior executive with 43 years of experience living and working across several different geographies and industries, having worked at global companies including Royal Dutch Phillips, Motorola, Merial Animal Health, Alliance UniChem, Fujitsu and CSC.
More recently, Terry has been providing services through his own consultancy delivering CTO/CIO and Programme Management services to companies such as GfK, Specsavers, F1 Arcade and OCS primarily focused on driving digital and organisational transformation for his clients.
With deep experience in IT Strategy, Business Transformation, Program Delivery and Project Management, Terry believes in delivering robust solutions to clients to support both business growth and customer acquisition and looks forward to ongoing success with Venkat and the rest of the team at Versatile Commerce.
